Techoniq LLC offers businesses/startups (“Customers”) professional custom logo design services and provides a platform for designers (“Designers”) to sell their unused logos. “User” refers to both Customers and Designers.
1 – Registering on Techoniq.com
- You must register as a Customer or Designer on our site.
- You must provide valid information during registration.
2 – Techoniq.com Services
- Services for Customers:
- Custom logo design via our engine.
- Branding bundles: business cards, flyers, social covers, T-shirts, websites, etc.
- Services for Designers:
- Submit unused logos for sale.
- Sell via our platform if approved.
- Workflow:
- Customers enter company info; engine suggests logos.
- Designers submit logos; approved logos are searchable.
- No direct contact between Customers and Designers.
3 – Copyrights
- Rights transfer to Customers after payment.
- Designers retain rights until purchase.
4 – Acknowledgements & Guarantees
- Customers: Techoniq LLC delivers logos upon payment.
- Designers: Payments processed within 5 working days post-sale.
5 – Reproducing & Displaying
- Customers may reproduce or modify purchased logos freely.
6 – Fees
- Customers pay before purchase.
- Designers receive commissions post-deduction (10–40%).
7 – Intellectual Property Rights
- Designers grant Techoniq LLC a royalty-free license to use submitted logos.
- Customers gain full IP rights upon purchase.
- Designers forfeit rights post-sale.
8 – Refunds
Refunds are offered as per the stage of project delivery:
- Before initial concept: 100% refund (less 10% fee).
- Within 48 hours of delivery: 66% refund (less 10% fee).
- Between 48–120 hours: 33% refund (less 10% fee).
- After 120 hours: No refund (concerns will be addressed).
No refund for:
- Change of mind, investment withdrawal, business closure, external freelancers, contest use, brief-matching designs, incomplete forms, non-refundable add-ons.
9 – General Payment Terms
- All payments in USD.
- Currency conversion available upon withdrawal.
- Users responsible for taxes.
10 – Accounts on Techoniq.com
- Maintain accurate info; you’re responsible for your account.
- Only one account per Designer.
- Suspicious/illegal activity may result in bans.
11 – Usage Policy
- Respect third-party rights and privacy laws.
- Do not upload malware, overload servers, use scripts for scraping/spamming, or mirror site without permission.
12 – Disclaimers
- Designs sold are original.
- Non-exclusive unless clearly specified and purchased as exclusive.
- We do not knowingly post copyrighted materials.
13 – Certain Restrictions
- No reselling or exploitation of platform/services.
- No reverse engineering or building competing platforms.
14 – Feedback
- Feedback may be used for improvement and marketing.
- Do not send confidential feedback.
15 – Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We may update terms and notify users via email or website.
- Continuing use means acceptance of changes.
16 – Entire Agreement
- This agreement overrides previous communications.
- Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
